How long does a Spray Tan normally last ?
As your body exfoliates naturally, your tan should fade like a normal tan. As each person’s skin is unique length of tan will vary between 5-7 days with correct maintenance. To remove the rest of the tan simply exfoliate and you'll be ready again for a new tanning session.

How can I prepare for my Tan Session ?
It is strongly advised to shower and exfoliate your skin prior to any tanning session. Ensure your skin is free of any moisturisers, deodorants, perfumes, oils, lotions or products that create a ‘barrier’ around the skin leading to inconsistent tanning results.

What should I wear for the Tanning Session ?
This is up to each individual and depends on the desired tanning results. We do provide disposable a G String for clients however it is advised to wear loose light clothing after your tanning session as full development of the product will take up to 8 hours and tight clothing may affect the final result of your Spray Tan.

How long should I wait before showering ?
As the DHA interacts with your dead skin cells, colour change will continue anywhere up to 8 hours even with ou rlatest 2 Hour Tan products. To give your tan enough time to fully develop, we recommended waiting a minimum of 8 hours. Please note that showering too soon can decrease the depth of your tan.

Will it wash off?
No! The DHA in the Tanning Solution is what produces a tan in your skin. The DHA is not permanent, so it will fade just like a natural suntan would. Your tan - if maintained - will normally last 5-7 days..

Does swimming affect my new tan?
If you need to go swimming, we suggest limiting time in the water and thoroughly rinsing yourself in fresh water afterwards. Swimming Pools and salt water will certainly prematurley fade your tan and could also cause undesirable effects such as streaking.

Are there any harmful effects with DHA ?
All products we use are organically based to ensure a safe and healthy tan. Dermatologists would generally agree that self or sunless tanning with DHA formula is safer than tanning in the sun.

I’m Pregnant - is it OK to get a spray-tan ?
The main ingredient that produces your tan is DHA is made from sugar cane, and has no known harmful effects. There are no tests to prove that spray tanning during pregnancy can be harmful to mother or baby. If you are unsure about spray-tanning you should always first consult with your own doctor/physician.

Does the Tanning Solution Stain Clothing ?
No! While you might see some transfer of the tanning solution to clothing, since the colour pigment is actually organic, it should not permanently stain fabrics.

Does the Tanning Solution provide any SPF Protection ?
While our mobile spray tanning service will certainly give you a natural looking tan, DHA and the solutions used do NOT include any protection from the effects of the sun. For this reason we highly recommend using a daily SPF sunscreen to protect your skin.
